For instance, in 2019 we had an on-time delivery rate of 96.8%. Additionally, our shipments were delivered early 13% of the time and we reduced the number of defects to an average of one per month. Overall, we delivered 149 first articles (new products) and had a first article on-time delivery rate of 82%. Our PPAP approval and on-time rates were 100%, and we had a 99% positive response on customer surveys.

- We extruded 500,000 feed (95 miles) of construction expansion joints. This is the equivalent of putting 1,666 football fields in a straight line.
- We jacketed 405,000 feet of cable. This is the equivalent of crossing 45 Golden Gate bridges consecutively.
- We produced 1,500,000 feet of wind deflectors for trucks. This is the equivalent of walking from Los Angeles to Las Vegas.
