Flexible PVC tubing is used to provide protective cushioning and a comfortable grip on the handles of exercise equipment, medical and dental equipment, and other similar devices. If you’ve ever spent time at the gym, you’ve likely seen flexible PVC tubing covering the handles and grip bars on exercise bikes, treadmills, and the like. The last time you went to the dentist, you may have spotted PVC grip tubing on the support posts of freestanding equipment.
Whatever it is you need flexible PVC tubing for, Northwest Rubber Extruders can help. We can provide PVC flex tubing that fits your product(s) perfectly and provides the cushioning and protection you need.
We offer extrusion and dip molding processes to produce PVC tubing, and will determine which method is best for your unique application. Extruded grip tubing is ideal for applications that require a smooth, uniform coating. Dip molded grip tubing can include texturing, irregular shapes, and “caps” at the ends to fully cover the substrate.
We can provide PVC grip tubing in standard 1/8” thickness, or any other thickness your designs require. While black is the most common color, we can provide flexible PVC tubing in any color you need. We offer hole drilling, cut-to-length service, and other secondary operations to give you complete-to-print products.
We use premium PVC materials and lean production processes to ensure the highest levels of quality and durability. Northwest Rubber Extruders is ISO 9001, AS 9100, and IATF 16949 registered for quality assurance.
